Julie Brake, a fully qualified real estate salesperson with a background in real estate administration management. Julie was a desktop publishing manager and graphic designer for a local printing firm before moving into real estate. During her five years in real estate administration management for a nationally recognised company Julie managed a team of three in the marketing centre which she developed. She joined Bayleys six years ago, as Beth Millard’s personal assistant where she also assisted in sales. Julie’s broad range of competencies are a great complement to the team. She believes the Marketeers are in a position to provide a level of unprecedented service to the Rotorua market. “Given our three different personalities and collective skills base we have everyone covered.” Julie is a goal setter with a strong work ethic. Success, to Julie, is a planned outcome, not an accident.
One of the team’s strengths in is its after sales service. “Relationships are important to us. We usually form really good bonds with our clients and keep in touch with them post-sale,” says Julie, who finds it rewarding to work with clients who are all different stages of life. “It’s exciting and satisfying to find a new property for a client and help them achieve their particular aspirations. We strive to ease what can be a hard and stressful process.”
Julie also finds it immensely satisfying to work with vendors and exceed their price expectations. “It makes us feel that we have done a great job for them.”
