I was in a bind having decided to sell my house to reduce my mortgage. I was working with Karen selling my home and she reviewed the local market and identified a number of properties for me to view. I had the complication of needing space for my dog Lochie, a Golden Retriever. Karen identified about 6 properties that met my needs and arranged viewings in all on the same day.
