As well as being an AREINZ endorsed licensed agent, Karen is also a coach, a mentor, and a dynamic force who is instrumental in taking Bayleys Manawatu to the next level. Karen leads the Manawatu team and works hard to empower everyone to strive for excellence.

Her expertise and advice extends beyond the office and Karen is often called upon by the media for comment and insight and has been featured on TVNZ Breakfast Show when she was with the Gisborne office who initiated a Property Expo in Auckland.
