Kathryn recently joined the Bayleys Rotorua team following a career in the insurance industry, predominately as a loss adjuster.
Her career has taken her around the world and has led her to work with all manner of clients, from hardworking, salt of the earth backgrounds to lifestyles of pure leisure and affluence. Seventeen years of her life were devoted to working closely with clients in emotionally and financially stressing situations, building relationships and seeing them through to the other side of their insurance journeys.
Last year Kathryn left the renovation company she co-owned and started Organise My Space, a decluttering and organising service. She thoroughly enjoys starting conversations about the tie between daily mental health/life impact and disorganisation and loves witnessing the positive impact that her guidance has in her clients lives.
She describes herself as mature and empathetic, loyal, positive and friendly, firm but understanding and dedicated/focused to task. She prefers life simple - honesty and loyalty are two of her top priorities.
Kathryn has worked for large corporations where, aside from client relationship building, she had firm deadlines, key performance indicators, government acts and company policies to adhere to.
She brings warmth and humility to Bayleys Rotorua but also an organised mind. Kathryn knows what to focus on, and when, and gets the results she sets out to achieve, for clients, herself and for the company she is a part of.
