Katie start her Real Estate career in 2003 and since then has really flourished, specialising in both selling and leasing Commercial and Industrial buildings. Focusing mainly on the East Tamaki and wider Manukau City area has given her the ability to really grow a wealth of knowledge and specialisation for this particular field, and more specifically, this location.
Katie’s “go getter” attitude stems from how highly she values Honesty, Integrity and persistence. From that, her knowledge, work ethic and local expertise have gained great appreciation from all of her clients.
Katie is known for her many contacts, as she has managed to build an impressively large database, in particular with the Asian community. Along with these contacts, Katie has achieved a significant number of sales and leases during her many years in the Real Estate Industry, being successful in more than $100 million worth of Industrial and Commercial property deals. Her career so far has been highlighted by the 2016 sale of industrial land at 3 Popes Road for $26 million.
In 1990 Katie Immigrated from China to America, where she lived for 10 years before then moving to New Zealand. Prior to starting out her Real Estate career, Katie worked as an immigration consultant as well as being involved in her own immigration business.

March 2017, Katie placed second for Commercial and Industrial sales in Bayleys’ Manukau/Counties region. In the same year, Katie was also ranked in Bayleys’ top 20 Commercial and Industrial agents for nationwide.
Katie is bi-lingual, speaking both English and Mandarin, something she uses to assist both Chinese and English speaking clients. She is extremely professional, and takes great pride in achieving the most successful outcome possible for all of her clients.
