Focusing mainly on the East Tamaki and wider Manukau City area has given her the ability to amass an enormous wealth of knowledge and specialty in these fields and of the location. The Year Ending 31st March 2017, Katie placed second for Commercial and Industrial sales in Bayleys’ Manukau/Counties region. In the same year, Katie was also ranked in Bayleys’ top 20 Commercial and Industrial agents for nationwide.
