About Kay

I believe that above all honesty and integrity is the key to life, but especially as a successful real estate agent.

I am the Branch Manager of our busy, productive Bayleys Ruapehu Office where I have worked for the last 3 years.

My Real Estate career began 1998 when our family moved to Ohakune for a lifestyle change, which progressed from working at Broadbent Real Estate to operating and owning my own First National Office for a number of years.

Prior to my real estate career I did my nursing training in Auckland. This training held me in good stead for dealing with a cross section of people through all respects of life and varying situations.

Outside of work I enjoy time spent with my family and experiencing what life has to offer.

'Kay recently sold our bach in National Park. We are very grateful to Kay who worked hard for us and achieved a very good price. She was always available and despite us being pushy Aucklanders she was always polite and encouraging. She was very knowledgeable of the area and was able to advise us wisely and carefully. She set a price that we were pleased with and delivered on all that she promised. She kept us well informed and was friendly and easy to deal with.

We would recommend Kay to anyone selling a property in the area.'

'Have had the most amazing experience with an estate agent to date. Kay Blaney has been nothing but outstanding, gone above and beyond and certainly far better than we had ever expected. Kay, thanks so much for your help and assistance in working with us and finding us the ‘right’ place. Love your work!!! Please pass this on to the owner of this business. We will definitely buy with Kay again, and recommend her to friends and family in the future.'
