She started her real estate career with Richardson’s in the Coromandel in 2014, where she lived with her family for 6 years. Kelly progressed quickly within Richardson’s - the dominant real estate company in the Coromandel - and got an enormous amount of satisfaction from her work.
Prior to real estate, she immersed herself in a number of different industries including retail, hospitality and delivering a values-based programme called Kiwi Can to school kids in the Coromandel.
A born and bred Hamiltonian, Kelly has returned to the mighty Waikato with her husband and their three boys. As a family, they lead very active lives revolving largely around sport, with Kelly’s particular passion being netball.
She has fast become a passionate ambassador for the incredible quality of life Cambridge - and its surrounding towns - has to offer. She has been particularly impressed with the sporting amenities and number of high performance athletes now calling the Waikato home, and the opportunities and role modelling this provides to young people.

Kelly has great communication skills and discussed the best marketing approach to use in order to gain the best result for my property in the current market. Her suggestion of a two and a half week auction campaign went smoothly and I was very impressed with the results achieved.
Throughout the process she kept me informed with the results of the Open Homes, as well as enquiries from Internet web sites. Also, she liaised with the tenants at the property. Although I live out of Cambridge she either phoned or emailed me with regular updates. She understood the market and my requirements as well.
