Prior to real estate Kristina worked in an international sales team at Pumpkin Patch, which saw her dealing with international clients. Owning a commercial grade aluminium window and door installation business with her husband allowed Kristina to increase her knowledge of commercial/high end residential construction.

Kristina started working at the Bayleys Counties Takanini office as an administrator in 2016. This involved her looking after nine agents, including six residential agents and three commercial agents, giving a great understanding of different property classes as well as the all-important backend of real estate transactions. Needless to say Kristina’s clients experience extremely high levels of service, as she knows how to dot the i’s and cross the t’s so everything flows smoothly and is hassle-free.

Kristina’s impressive qualifications also include a Bachelor of Business Studies covering both information systems and international trade. She has the ability to analyse available property data resulting in a unique understanding of the market and trends, which she uses for her clients’ advantage.
