Lea has had a lifelong association with Whangarei and Northland. With her husband she ran a successful and well known retail business in Whangarei and later expanded to branches in Hamilton and Tauranga.
In 2006, after selling the businesses, Lea began her Real Estate career keen to use the many skills she had learnt in the 26 years in the retail industry. From the beginning she showed a keenness to take up the challenge of helping people achieve their property goals. Lea has gained the respect of many clients through her commitment to make the sales process a positive experience. Since her first year selling Real Estate when she was top in her office, Lea has continued to achieve excellent sales results. Lea backs up her success with an unwavering dedication to her values of integrity, patience, perseverance, empathy and professionalism. She is gaining a reputation with both customers and client’s for doing the “extras” that make the sales happen. Her excellent communication skills ensure that clients are always fully informed of the sales and marketing process. Lea realises that when selling any property she is in a partnership with the owner, to that end the owner is always kept informed and involved during the entire process. We decided the time was right to sell our rented house in Tikipunga, but as we now live in Auckland we didn’t know where to start with real estate companies. We spoke to a few agents but then we met Lea Rosenberg and it’s fair to say she is the best real estate agent we have come across. We have sold a few houses by different methods since moving to New Zealand 15 years ago. We were sceptical when Lea suggested an auction as we’d been through one before, however she informed us of the “Big Call Auction Campaign” and that the marketing cost was really good value. As the sign up date was fairly close, we decided to “go for it”. If it didn’t sell at auction Lea would continue marketing the house and we already felt confident we could leave it in her hands. She didn’t ask the “nosy” questions –why are you selling, how much do you want for it, so that gave her heaps of marks to start with! She worked with each party that came to view the house and actually closed a sale before the auction. Lea continuously liaised with us, our solicitor and our tenants, and did so in a calm and friendly manner. We would definitely recommend Lea to anyone, and especially for the likes of us who live out of the area.
