Midway between Christchurch and the South Island's West Coast, Wilderness Lodge Arthurs Pass sits on 14ha/35-acre section that encompasses landscaped grounds, manuka shrublands, and native beech forest, with magnificent views of Arthur's Pass National Park and the high peaks of the upper Waimakariri Valley

The accommodation consists of 24 rooms over various configurations. Snow-capped mountains provide a magnificent backdrop to superb food, wine, and service. An expanded restaurant now services the lodge, lying adjacent to the guest lounge and back-of-house areas. The dining areas are partially split level, again featuring northern mountain views.

The current owners built, and run the property in conjunction with Wilderness Lodge Lake Moeraki.

Cora Lynn Station is situated on both sides of State Highway 73 (West Coast Road). Access to Cora Lynn is from State Highway 73, which runs through the northern part of the property. Access to the homestead, farm buildings, and Arthurs Pass Wilderness Lodge is via Cora Lynn Road.

The property is located approximately 69 kilometres northwest by road from Springfield, 92 kilometres northwest of Darfield township, and circa 132 kilometres northwest of Christchurch City.

Cora Lynn station is steeped in history and is a working sheep and beef farm with Manuka honey, carbon, and tourism potential. The high country farm consists of 3,770 acres (more or less). The property includes several dwellings including shearers quarters, woolshed covered yards, and sheep and cattle yards to name a few. Livestock in 2022 was circa 3,500.
