Cecil Peak is most probably one of the most photographed properties in New Zealand , situated immediately across the Lake from Queenstown Central.

Almost completely untouched 13,087ha of Pastoral Lease and 329ha of freehold title it has been owned by only three parties since mid-1800s.
At present, the farm is being run as a grazing block carrying annually between 3,500 to 5,000 sheep and 300 to 500 cattle, the farm breaks even most years and has been run to simply cover costs.

The potential here is enormous, action tourism is written all over the property, with numerous building sites and great access to the lake. With over 368,000 international tourists going through Queenstown per annum, Cecil Peak offers huge potential for all forms of tourism venture or simply hold on and land bank, into the future.
