Just ten minutes from the international airport and close to Nadi Town, the marina is perfectly located Yasawa islands groups, the heart of Fiji's tourism area.

The industrial precinct will have a number of large marine operators. There are chandleries close by the harbor and the main channel to Nadi Bay and has a depth of 3.5 meters at low tide.

The Harbor entrance is a 750 meter long channel, 80 meters wide and the channel dredging extends 700meters into Nadi Bay to ensure good depth. The Industrial marina has separated tourism and industrial precincts on two islands connected to the mainland by land bridges. Individual lots are for sale, all with deep water frontage and pontoon mooring capability. All lots have water, power, sewer and Telecom service underground and there is a large common-user parking area. Roads are sealed and there is street and common area lighting. The entrance to the Marina is separate form the residential Stages and there is full 24/7 perimeter security. The common-user terminal provides undercover unloading for transfer vehicles, restaurant, bar and coffee shop and a number of retail shops.
