There is also a half share in a 6,929sqm title sited behind the house lot which provides full vehicle access to the road for you and the other half share owners - a neighbouring property. \n\n\nEnjoy the harbour, with great fishing available in the inner harbour, or head over the Manukau Bar and hunt for the big game fish to be found in the Tasman Sea.
