Classic Elegance

Just twenty-five minutes north of Auckland's harbour
bridge, Red Beach is a popular place to live if you need to work in
the city but want the lifestyle that the beach offers.
The beach
is well known for its Surf Life Saving Club, carnivals being held
here on a regular basis in the summer months. This broad sandy
beach is very popular with surfers, and most days there is some
sort of activity on the waves. The town centre itself has a good
variety of shops and services. Red Beach has an excellent primary
school and Orewa College is a highly regarded secondary
school.
Red Beach is a great destination if you like swimming,
surfing, kayaking, windsurfing and kite surfing. Views from the
beach and cliff edges extend out to the islands of the Hauraki
Gulf.
