Just like something out of a fairy tale, this charming cottage is very private but oh so close to Matakana Village.

Available now, it's the perfect place for an artist or writer to create in a beautiful, peaceful setting.

One double bedroom with a double wardrobe and one small single bedroom with a double wardrobe - only a single bed or a desk will suit this room, a bathroom, laundry - with washing machine provided, tidy kitchen, cosy living with a woodburner and a large sunny, mostly enclosed terrace room.

The cottage is double glazed, has polished concrete floors throughout and has many unique features. The hotwater is solar heated - there is no hot water cylinder.

The grounds consist of flat lawns, which the tenant is to keep mowed and tidy, a few small gardens & raised vege beds that the tenant must keep weeded and tidy, a little orchard and a single carport/small workshop.

Strictly no pets allowed or smokers. Cottage is located on the owners property.
