The home will be available from 19th May - 7th December 2024. The arrival and departure dates can be negotiable by a week or two.

Consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the home will include all large furnishings and some smaller items. Linen will need to be supplied by the tenants.
The décor is unique to the owners taste and some items can be negotiated to be removed if required i.e artwork.

The rent will include the cost of a fortnightly gardener who will mow the lawns. A cleaner also comes each Monday for a general clean of bathrooms and kitchen. The tenants will still need to be tidy and be respectful of the home.
