Having been substantially renovated in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a light and bright kitchen/living/dining area opening out to a roomy deck. One of the bedrooms is large enough to sleep a family and has its own access to the outside. A Code Compliance Certificate was issued in 2008.
Enjoy summer barbeques and time with a good book in the superb courtyard area, complete with shade sail to protect you from the sun. There are two raised vegetable gardens and the lower lawn provides a perfect spot for friends and family to pitch a tent or two.
The garage provides storage space for all the toys and a small boat, and there's ample off-street parking for cars and boats. Water is via roof collection and the well on the property can be used to top up the rainwater tank in dry periods.
