Let me tell you why

You are not large or small but just right, your on a main road, so safe and secure, flat sunny section great for the kids and tents, fabulous walnut tree complete with swing, large decks for entertaining friends and family. Your inside is so neat and tidy it makes me smile.

Open plan living so I can see whats happening, a woodburner to keep us cosy in winter and a kitchen thats easy to work in, three double bedrooms to fit the family in, plus a second toilet, so no waiting. Quite close to the lake for us to go boating, fishing or just have family fun.
