Riverdale Farm is a 307 hectare dairy unit near Cambridge with an inbuilt drystock unit. Located on Oreipunga Road with around 80 hectares of mostly flat land, on two levels, on one side of the road with the balance, accessed through an underpass, of gentle rolling to medium hill with some steeper areas used for drystock or planted in exotic trees (mostly pines). Currently supplying Open Country Dairies with best production of 196,843 milk solids. The mainline of 60mm PVC goes to the top tank and 50mm to the second tanks and 25mm laterals. \nThere is a range of implement and calf rearing facilities along with a sand mine to provide excellent race material as a base.\nThere are three dwellings - the main home is of brick with four bedrooms, large lounge and outside room with fire, double garage, swimming pool, and in a nice elevated and private setting. This house has had a recent upgrade. The second dwelling has three bedrooms, open plan living, lounge with wood burner and separate laundry and garage. The home is in good condition.
