Since 1999, Lone Gum vineyard has consistently produced grapes of the highest quality.

Wines made with that fruit have attracted over 90 Gold medals and earned more than 20 Trophies for a number of well respected Marlborough wine labels. Impressively, there has not been a year when Lone Gum grapes have not achieved at least one Gold medal!

The more than 22 planted hectares of vineyard is predominantly Sauvignon Blanc with some Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and Gewurztraminer. There is a good water supply, a Loncel frost monitoring system and two frost propellers. All grapes are committed for vintage 2013 but the vineyard can be bought with or without grape supply contracts after that.

A substantial and beautifully maintained, five bedroom, architecturally designed home set amidst mature landscaped grounds and a five bay lockable implement shed complete the package on Dog Point Road. In addition, there is an 18 canopy hectare vineyard with rolling hill on Brookby Road which is managed in conjunction with Lone Gum vineyard and which is also available for purchase.
