This vineyard property comprises of four titles, a total of 50.7 hectares, with approximately 23 canopy hectares producing Sauvignon Blanc, there is a balance area of 14 hectares of pasture land suitable for additional vineyard development if required.
The existing vineyard area is currently producing in excess of 300 tonne per year, all grape production in 2015 is currently supplied to Marlborough based wine makers.
The property may be purchased after the 2015 vintage/harvest with or without a future grape supply agreement.
Improvements include vines and trellis, pump shed and pumping facilities, electric power supply to the property, staff amenities shed/workshop.
NOTE: The Vendors propose to apportion the existing water right and irrigation supply from the Awatere River to supply 680 cubic metres of Awatere A class water per day (approx. 20 cubic metres per planted hectare per day).
