This vineyard has been meticulously developed (2001) by the vendors to produce premium Pinot Noir. Approx 20,000 vines planted on 1.30m x 2.80m rows with 7.18 hectares of vineyard canopy on a gentle north facing slope high up on Barracks Road, Omaka Valley.

This vineyard site consists of sloping clays soils and developed with a selection of premium Pinot Noir clones and root stocks. The vineyard can be hand or machine harvested as required.

Improvements include a 275sqm modern eco design residence (built in 2010). This residence is separate from the main national grid powered by both hi-tech solar and backup generator system.

Containing four bedrooms plus office, open plan kitchen living with central two-way fire to the lounge. Additional improvements include an inground bore water supply, separate two bedroom cottage accommodation implement shed.

Production from this vineyard 2014 - 52 tonnes. Wines made from this vineyard produce great character and individuality. Rateable Value $1,230,000 (2011).
