Waihopai Valley Vineyard

This 36.26 hectare holding with a 23.89 hectare planted vineyard canopy area. The property was developed in 2005 for the production of Sauvignon Blanc.

The vineyard is currently producing 2014 harvest in excess of 500 tonnes. All production is grown under contract to a Marlborough based wine maker. The grape supply agreement can be continued or terminated (as required).

Note: there is approx. 6 - 7 hectares of plantable land on the lower terrace.

Improvements include vines and trellis, one Amarillo frost protection wind machine and irrigation system supplying the vineyard from the Waihopai Irrigation Group (WIG) scheme - 20 WIG shares.

NOTE:
- This vineyard property can be independently managed for an absentee owner (if required).
- Subject vineyard is currently managed and maintained with the adjoining vineyard at 76 Tyntesfield Road (4130033) this is also on the market for sale by negotiation.
