There is nothing more to do to this lovely farm other than enjoy the benefits of owning a property that has been carefully maintained, fertilized and fenced and productive. All of the 14.12ha is productive and fenced into 23 paddocks. Some are small as the owners have bred horses and three have stock shelters. The owners have a large number of chickens and sell eggs and other produce including raspberries and strawberries at the gate. Hay is made from two paddocks and usually produce 55 big square bales and 200 small bales of meadow hay. All fencing includes an insulated hot wire.
