Dairy support and dry stock opportunity on 325 hectares (more or less), located in a very popular location close to Taupo and Kinloch. This large parcel of land has world class views and is iconic to the wider Taupo area. The farm has a total allowable nitrogen discharge (TAND) of 3,654 Kg/N. The lessee has operated the farm with extra nitrogen, this has resulted in a stocking policy of 600 replacement heifers coming on as calves in December and grazed until they are two years old then leaving the property April/May.
