The balance of the land is used for young dairy stock and drystock (plus 7 hectares in pines).\n\nThe farm has a 20 ASHB shed originally built in the 1970's and re-commissioned in 2008. The water system includes an inline mineral dispenser. The stepper land has additional natural supply.\n\nHouse water is sourced from roof catchment.\n\nAnnual rainfall is in excess of 2000mm.\n\nThe farm boundary fencing is traditional post, batten and 7 wire fences. The farm is sub-divided into approximately 60 paddocks, with traditional post, batten and 7 wire fences and post and 2-6 wire electric fences.\n\nFarm races comprise rock material sourced from the quarry on the farm. The majority of the dairy platform is accessed from these races.
