Te Mai Iti Forest

This property of approximately 150 hectares (subject to final survey) has a forest of 76.8 hectares established in radiata pine in 2022 and registered in the permanent forestry Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS). Further clear land of predominantly LUC 6 and 7 would be able to be planted, the clear of native area equating to approximately 16ha.

The forest has been planted and managed to a high standard under Forest360, with pest control well in hand. This strong establishment reduces the risk of replanting costs and positions the forest to generate ongoing carbon credits.
