About Luisa

Luisa has been born into a family that lives and breathes design and architecture through her father’s long and esteemed career as an architect and director for one of the leading firms in New Zealand, Warren and Mahoney. She is an individual who is driven, energized, passionate and excited by property.  Luisa is truly born for real estate.

Luisa has always worked within industries that are focused on people and helping them achieve their goals. Her career history spans from travel and tourism, to hospitality, management, and design. Luisa has also owned businesses and while doing all this she has also been a part of the media industry.

Luisa knows that it takes more than just words to succeed, it takes drive, passion, and determination to do the best she can, not only for herself but for her clients as well. The people that are most important to her.

Her lengthy 20 year career in marketing and advertising brings with it not only her unparalleled negotiation and communication skills but also her knowledge and her comprehension of the individual purchasers journey and how best to engage with them across the multiple platforms available to you when buying or selling property. She will work closely with you to ensure that your property is presented in the best possible way and work tirelessly for you to achieve your property goals. Her unwavering determination, focus, commitment, and energy are some of the key qualities that she brings with her to real estate.

In today’s property market there are multiple opportunities for clients and Luisa will do the hard yards for you. Having lived in Christchurch and on the “Hills” for most of her life she understands what is important – Service- Patience- and above all Commitment to your vision.

“In Real Estate you have to really understand what you are seeking and hold onto that vision. My job is to help you obtain it.”
