She began in administration and marketing within a Feilding real estate office, where she developed a strong appreciation for property, operations and working with people. She later held the role of franchise manager for a national building inspection company, gaining in‑depth knowledge of the building envelope. This background provides valuable commercial and practical insight, supporting sound decision‑making across both operational and strategic areas of the business.

Committed to leading by example, Chelsea holds her Level 4 Certificate in Property Management and became an Accredited Property Manager with REINZ in 2023, along with her Level 4 Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) license.
