Fraser Moore is proud to be the Branch Manager supporting the Bayleys teams across the Selwyn district, including our Rolleston, Leeston, Darfield and Lincoln offices, as well as the Bayleys team in Waimate.

Working alongside salespeople who serve some of Canterbury’s fastest-growing and most diverse communities is one of the highlights of his role. With the Selwyn region continuing to experience significant residential, lifestyle and rural growth, and Waimate offering its own strong rural heritage and close-knit community connections, Fraser is excited to support the ongoing success and development of the people and property markets that make these areas unique.

Drawn to Bayleys for its premium brand, market leadership and exceptional client experience, Fraser values the company’s professional approach and strong reputation within the industry. He joined Bayleys after two decades of owning and operating his own businesses, including nine years leading an independent real estate company specialising in residential, lifestyle and rural property sales.

Known for his honest, reliable and hardworking nature, Fraser brings a practical and people-focused leadership style to his role. He enjoys supporting salespeople and teams to achieve success within their own real estate businesses, with a strong emphasis on business development, performance, growth and long-term results. Taking a measured and considered approach to leadership, Fraser is committed to creating an environment where people can thrive while delivering outstanding outcomes for clients and communities across Selwyn and Waimate.
