Julie oversees seamless operations across our Nelson, Richmond and Motueka offices, ensuring our new agents hit the ground running and our experienced team members are happy and successful in their work. She also manages Bayleys' community partnerships and events, strengthening the local connections that are vital to our clients and the wider region.
Originally from rural Otago, Julie thoroughly enjoyed big city living in Wellington, Auckland and London before settling in the stunning Tasman region - the perfect place to raise two sport-loving boys and see more of family in Nelson and Blenheim.
As founder of food communications consultancy Foodcom (now in its tenth year), Julie brings expertise in client relationship management, team leadership, media and communications, whilst delivering projects on time and within budget.
Julie is also a registered nutritionist, although her fondness for lashings of butter on a good cheese scone would suggest otherwise - and bodes well for our team morning teas!
She has 25+ years' experience with major brands including Heinz Wattie's, Fonterra and Sealord, developing deep appreciation for strong brand values and integrity - qualities she sees reflected in Bayleys' commitment to excellence in real estate.
