Residential ManagerMatamata is home for Margaret Troughton - she was born and bred here, and real estate has been in her family for generations. Her father, husband, and son have all sold property for over 40 years, so Margaret grew up walking and talking real estate!
With over 25 years of experience, Margaret knows the local market inside out. She believes knowledge is power and has continually built on her expertise, earning her AREINZ status at Massey University. For more than a decade, she has managed the Bayleys Matamata team, specialising in marketing and selling properties throughout Matamata and the wider Waikato district alongside her husband, Sam.
Passionate about her community and consistently ranked in the Top 10% nationally, Margaret combines experience, local insight, and dedication to help her clients achieve outstanding results - making the buying or selling process as smooth and successful as possible.
