We have only been with Bayleys Property Management for almost a year having been with another similar agency for many years. The change was made to Baileys after we were let down by our previous agency. Dealing with Bayleys was like a breath of fresh air, they were professional, couretous and so quick to respond to any queries or concerns. I found staff to be knowledgable and willing to be as helpful as possible. It is such a good feeling knowing they are to be trusted.

I have found so much support trying to find rentals and through inspections. As a tenant I've felt respected and listened to and with understanding. Especially with our last rental, we moved and 4 weeks later I had surgery, so at the first 6-week inspection there still hadn't been much unpacked, but it was still clean and tidy. We have all felt listened to and never judged. The whole team have been welcoming and supportive. I have recommended them to friends

The property management team of Bayleys is the best I've personally had the privilege of being a tenant/client of. The communication is excellent and they action any enquiry or maintenance needed promptly and ensure both landlord and tenant are a part of that process.
