Toni oversees the smooth and efficient operations of our Nelson, Richmond and Motueka offices, supporting new team members as they settle into their roles while also helping our experienced professionals continue to thrive.

Originally from Ireland, Toni has made the beautiful, sunny Nelson region home. With a genuine love of working with people and a strong focus on helping others succeed, she brings a warm, approachable and calm, solutions-driven style to everything she does.

Toni has extensive experience supporting high-performing sales and administration teams, having worked with organisations of various sizes both locally and internationally. She holds a qualification in Business Management and is highly regarded for her operational expertise, clear communication skills, and her ability to listen, guide and support those around her. Toni enjoys supporting both the team and clients throughout their property journey.

Outside of work, she makes the most of all the region has to offer, from exploring the outdoors and wine tasting to fishing, and even attending the occasional dog show with her young children.
