Tracey brings over a decade of real estate experience to her role as Sales Manager at Bayleys Richmond and a deep understanding of all facets of the property market – from buying and selling to property research and navigating legal requirements.

Tracey holds a current Real Estate Branch Manager’s License and a Diploma in Business (Level 5) Accounting, giving her a strong foundation in both property and business management. Her extensive knowledge of compliance, contracts, and market analysis ensures the Richmond sales team is backed by expert guidance and support.

Before joining Bayleys, Tracey held the position of Branch Manager with a leading real estate brand, where she played a key role in team development and operational success.
