Working across six Bayleys offices throughout Marlborough, Nelson and Tasman, Victoria helps lead the people, performance and direction of Bayleys Top of the South.

Her role is broad, spanning leadership, recruitment, operations, marketing, team development and growth. She works closely with managers, salespeople and support teams across the region, bringing a practical approach and a strong focus on helping people and teams perform at their best.

Victoria's background has always centred around people, communication and building strong relationships. Before joining Bayleys, she held a range of roles across marketing, tourism and events, alongside many years in her family's Marlborough wine company. That experience shaped her commercial thinking and gave her a strong appreciation for reputation, customer relationships and the importance of doing things well and building trust over time.

As a licensed real estate salesperson, Victoria understands the realities of the industry and the demands placed on agents. She enjoys working alongside people, solving problems, developing better ways of doing things and helping teams grow with confidence.

Born and raised in Marlborough, Victoria has a strong connection to the Top of the South and the communities Bayleys serves. Relationships matter to her, both within the business and outside it, and she believes that strong businesses are built through good people, clear expectations and doing what you say you are going to do.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, cooking and making the most of everything the Top of the South has to offer.
