Born and bred in Southland, Wendy Frew is a former elite netballer, wife and proud mum of four, who brings a wealth of experience, dedication and a genuine people-first approach to her role at Bayleys.

Throughout her successful netball career, Wendy developed a strong appreciation for teamwork, commitment, resilience and the importance of building lasting relationships. These values continue to shape her approach to both life and work today.
