Whether it’s someone looking for their first home, downsizing or an investment, Mark has the innate skills to find the right property for their needs. For those looking to sell, this means he can quickly ascertain the best market, strategy and deliver exceptional results.
Immigrating to New Zealand with his family in 2006 from the UK, Mark’s professional background for two decades was in kitchen design and sales and furniture sales. He has also been involved in designing and building two family homes. This means that Mark brings to his real estate clients a keen eye for detail and extremely high levels of professionalism.
“One of the most important things that a real estate agent can do for their clients is to pay attention to all the details,” says Mark. “People who are looking to buy a new property tend to want most of the same things everyone else wants - a good neighbourhood, access to shopping and community services as well as some extra benefits. You need to be aware of the features in the construction and finishes of the property - the structural components as well as the finer points.”
Being detail-oriented and well prepared at all times also allows Mark to provide very specific and timely information, making him the expert clients can trust with their real estate transactions.
“I always anticipate queries before they are asked, and really listen to determine what questions and concerns people may have,” he says. “This is an essential way to keep people well-informed and happy.”
Working in sales for so many years Mark has finely tuned skills as a good listener as well as an approachable, friendly manner and places the utmost importance on delivering excellent after sales service.
Mark specialises in the residential and lifestyle markets in South Auckland. In his spare time he likes to keep fit by walking every day, relaxes with gardening and remains a keen supporter of his football club back in the UK, Nottingham Forest FC.
