


Mark is excited to be embarking on a new season in real estate having joined the Bayley’s team in Orewa. Having been in the real estate business for 20 years Mark has sold real estate in both good times and hard times. There is no substitute for genuine experience!
Alongside this experience, Mark’s background in law, working as a commercial solicitor, has enabled him to bring another level of professionalism to the sales process. Mark works with his delightful and incredibly capable wife Emma. Daughter of one of the founders of a bespoke real estate business, Emma has real estate in her blood. Although Mark and Emma’s real estate career has primarily been based in the Eastern Bays and Central Auckland, they have been selling on the Coast now for the past four years since making the move north at the beginning of 2021.
