Myles started his real estate career in Christchurch following the February 2011 earthquake and brings vast experience from operating in the Christchurch post-earthquake environment and the challenges that it presented for the real estate industry.

Working previously for Knight Frank, Myles was awarded rookie of the year in 2011, and has been a national Knight Frank Top 5 Salesperson in 2014 and 2016. Myles specialises in the sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties

Myles also enjoys the outdoors, paddle boarding, surfing and mountain biking and he looks forward to working with you in the future.

Myles sourced a new tenant for our vacant industrial unit at 2 Boeing Place, Mount Maunganui. The unit became vacant on 31 March 2018 and we appointed all the recognised commercial real estate leasing agents active in the market.
