Bayleys would like to congratulate its winners at the at the 2016 REINZ Awards for Excellence, where they scooped six awards at the ceremony last night, including residential salesperson of the year, rural salesperson of the year and manager of the year.
Upon the announcement he had won residential salesperson of the year, Bayleys Christchurch sales agent Chris Jones remarked how fortunate they are to have such great clients, “I see this as a huge thank-you to them and also congratulate the other winners and finalists.”
The winners were honoured in front of a crowd of more than 400 members at Auckland War Memorial Museum. REINZ chairman Dame Roseanne Meo said the high calibre of entrants had made judging incredibly difficult. “With real estate having been so competitive over the past 12 months, especially in the regions where supply is low, it was a tight race for many of the categories,” she said.
She also saluted members for the contribution they had made to the economy and the community, “many of our members and their brands support a number of charities and community projects as well as run successful businesses.” Bayleys are proud sponsors of the Make-a-Wish Foundation and numerous other community projects.
Bayleys sees the accolades as an important win and a reflection of the continued excellence shown by agents and staff throughout the country.
