Bayleys Canterbury is delighted to announce our Ashburton and Rangiora offices are expanding in 2015.
General Manager Pete Whalan says the move to larger, higher profile locations in both towns is a result of rapid growth and predicted continued growth and market share.
“We’ve outgrown the locations we’re in. The new offices will allow us to comfortably grow at our current rate and have space to hire more licensees and administration,” says Pete. “Two years ago we didn’t have any residential business in Ashburton to speak of. Today, our business for rural, lifestyle and residential both here and in Rangiora has been growing rapidly and we predict we will continue to grow at this rate.”
Construction of the new purpose built premises in Ashburton on the corner of Burnett and West Streets is moving along rapidly with completion expected in September 2015.
The proposed new high profile location for the Rangiora office is on High Street and is currently in the early stages of planning and council approval. The larger premises will have a much higher footfall and be a welcome change for the team.
The office is due to open in August 2015.
