Chris began his career in real estate in 2007, gaining extensive experience across a range of roles, including residential sales, general management of a multi-office real estate franchise group, ownership of a local real estate franchise, and most recently, consulting with members of the real estate sector.

Chris views his new role with Bayleys as a natural progression in his career, providing the opportunity to coach, develop, and mentor individuals while helping them achieve their full potential. His greatest satisfaction comes from seeing individuals and teams succeed, grow, and reach the next level through collaboration, shared goals, and a commitment to excellence.

Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys exploring the country on his motorbike, riding year-round and experiencing some of New Zealand’s most scenic roads. Through his motorcycle club, he also helps organise national events and contributes to charitable causes, including calling auctions to support St John Ambulance.
