Graeme is Managing Director and owner of Bayleys Nelson Tasman Region, with three offices in Nelson, Richmond and Motueka. Graeme leads a skilled team of real estate professionals, including specialists in all categories of the business - residential, waterfront, country, commercial, businesses, and property management.  Graeme’s accumulated business nous and in-depth knowledge of the Nelson Region property market is propelling Bayleys forward in these exciting real estate times.

As a non-selling manager, Graeme’s day-to-day focus is on supporting his team and their vendors with commitment to facilitating a deal.

Graeme has been in the real estate industry since 1985 and opened the Bayleys Nelson office in 2000. His experience includes 13 years in Sydney, where he was involved in the establishment of and management of a large Australian listed property trust. Another of Graeme's successes in Australia was the subdivision and development of 1,000 acres of viticultural land in the Hunter Valley in New South Wales.

Graeme has worked across all sectors of the real estate market with Bayleys and has a sound grasp on property dynamics and market forces. Under Graeme's leadership the Bayleys Nelson franchise has achieved some outstanding results.
