An up and coming commercial sales consultant, Paul brings a combination of skills and a high level of energy, enthusiasm and drive to his new role. Paul recently graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Management. He has strong analytical, problem solving and people skills, all of which will serve him well in the complex world of commercial real estate.
Paul's work history has largely focused on customer service. He prides himself on being able to understand and meet the needs of every customer or client he interacts with. Competitive and outgoing by nature, Paul believes he has found a niche for his skills in commercial real estate. It is an industry that allows him to utilise his diverse abilities, as well as learn and grow in both a professional and personal sense.
Commercial sales consultants must have the education and ability to provide substantial analytical data and financial information. The role is best suited to multi-taskers like Paul who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of people. An avid sportsman, outside of work Paul is likely to be found on a longboard or a golf course. Passionate about golf, Paul has facilitated tournaments in his home-town of Tauranga. He's also a world traveller and has covered most parts of the globe. Highly articulate, Paul communicates well with people from all walks of life, and is widely regarded as a people’s person.
