In the past two years, Paula Halford has signed more than 20 million dollars’ worth of sales. She was lead agent on the exclusive Beachcroft project in Onehunga and recently sold the penthouse apartment in the historic Dilworth Building in downtown Auckland City during which she discovered a real passion for character apartments. Paula is part of the VIP Apartment Sales and Character Corner team in Remuera and Auckland City, providing award-winning and world class service. However, Paula’s real estate career extends well beyond apartments.
Paula works with developments around Remuera, the Bays and Parnell – an area she grew up in and loves. Property has been in her blood since working in her 20s at her father’s interior styling company. She brought her first property shortly after in Westmere – the worst house, in one of the best streets - which she renovated and sold to “a crazy market,” allowing her to buy and sell numerous properties since. She has run her own personal training business, worked in project management with Vodafone, and competed successfully in a half-ironman!
A particular strength of Paula’s is staying abreast of digital marketing and engaging prospective vendors / buyers with attention-grabbing marketing campaigns.
While Paula lends this array of work and life skills to her property portfolio, she is mindful that results are ultimately built through building relationships. To this end, she is an empathetic advisor who listens carefully to what the motivations are that drive her vendors and buyers alike.
In her spare time, Paula is involved in numerous sporting codes her daughters compete in – both at Diocesan and St Kents. With a love of exploring New Zealand and enjoying her own property in Auckland and around the North Island, Paula likes to escape the big smoke for down time with her extended family and friends.
