Paula’s journey in real estate began while she was still in school, working as a Saturday receptionist - a role that sparked her passion for the industry early on. From there, she progressed to personal assistant positions for top-performing agents before stepping into sales herself. Since becoming a licensed salesperson in 2018, Paula has earned national recognition as part of a top-performing team and was ranked among New Zealand’s leading residential salespeople in 2023-2024.

Committed to professional excellence, Paula has completed her Level 5 Branch Manager qualification and is currently working toward her Level 6 Agent’s Licence, further demonstrating her drive for growth and expertise.

Originally from Zimbabwe and raised in Beachlands, Paula’s connection to the Coromandel runs deep rooted in fond memories of family holidays to the region.
