Peter McIntyre was the sales consultant. He kept the two separate parties involved in the sale of the property fully informed. I was pleased we decided to tender the property, as I do not believe we would have received the same result if we had gone to auction. An excellent result and I would thoroughly recommend Peter.

He has a lot of experience, and with that he was able to relieve a lot of stress and anxiety I had about selling our home, with the information he gathered from years of experience. He always got back to me in good time, and he was available, even during the weekends and at night. Not that I expected him to be, but knowing that there was always going to be someone at the other end I could speak to, to give me answers, was enough to reassure me that things will be fine. And he is definitely a people person. He is a great networker, and was able to connect us with the best people in the community for others issues concerning our house sale. He listens, and hears us, and remembers names. Even though the home we were selling, was at the humble end of the price scale, Peter treated us and our home like we were special, like we were millionaires and our home was worth a million bucks. It was just nice to be treated like we mattered. We are already talking about engaging Bayleys again when we make our next move. And we hope we get Peter again.
