Pete is a Director in Bayleys Coast to Coast. He has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science Degree and a Diploma in Real Estate, and has represented NZ Universities and Wanganui in Rugby.
Pete markets most trophy rural properties sold in the Rangitikei, and is recognised as a leading Country agent in the Lower North Island. In only 9 years with Bayleys, Pete has sold over $300 million of rural property and has regularly been in the top 10% of Bayleys agents. Pete has received the prestigious Bayleys Country Marketing Award twice, firstly for Otiwhiti Station at Hunterville, which sold in May 2006 for a Bayleys Country record under the hammer auction price of $8.75m, and also for Kaiangaroa Station in Taihape which sold in February 2010 for a record price of $12 million. He recently sold Mangaohane Station for a North Island record price of $24m, and since then successfully marketed the iconic Lochinver Station for a New Zealand record price.
His trademark is his absolute determination to add value, and achieve the highest possible net return to his Vendors.
