Pieter has a wide range of experience in property, gained over 35 years involvement in the industry and spread over all property sectors.

Since moving to the Wellington region in 1990 Pieter has been involved in a wide range of property valuation work including the assessment of current market values, insurance valuations, reserve fund contributions and asset valuations for a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial and lifestyle, rural/residential property, childcare centres, specialised assets for Territorial Authorities, The Fire Service, Housing NZ Corporation, Ministry of Education and MSD.

More recently work has been focused around residential, lifestyle and rural/residential property for mortgage security purposes; a mix of panel work (Core Logic) and from personal referrals along with asset valuations for financial reporting and insurance work.
